Which Seahawk are you?

Happy week 8! Halfway through the season already, as we are a Seahawks based group we all know our 4-3 Seahawks have had some real great moments and some real struggles. So as I lay in my hammock this morning watching the fog roll away as the sun rises on another 81 degree day here in Costa Rica , I’m looking over the roster before the trade deadline and thinking , who do you think anchors this franchise, who is “just a guy” on the team, and who should we be ready to cut next year to make room for better talent?

So as I know you’ll be clamoring for a blog post today, I decided to ask the question which Seahawk is each manager most like? So here we go:

Bill - 1st place, most pointd scored, 6-1 record… I mean who is the true MVP, the GOAT of the team? Obviously Bill is JSN , hence the team name change this week to highlight the true anchor of the team!

Corrie- 2nd place, 4th in points scored, 6-1 record… Corrie has moment where she shines , cashing twice as the highest scorer in the league, however her players are boom or bust, when they are great they are great, when they are bad they are really bad… Corrie is Sam Darnold , potential to dominate but sometimes comes up a little short at the jd if the half with the game in the line…

Dacia - 3rd place 7th in points scored 6-1 record. Dacia has been incredible lucky to just barely beat each te am she is facing, to be tied for the best record but be in the bottom half of points scored means she does just what she needs. She’s Emmanuel Wilson, right place at the right time, having a great moment in the sun but when price and charbs come back there’s a chance he could fade back into the background, and when Dacia has to score over 140 to win will she rise to the challenge or go back to the bench?

Stephanie - 4th place , 2nd in points scored 3-4 record. Stephanie is doing a lot behind the scenes, she is building a very strong team and is scoring loads of points , but she hasn’t been flashy and she hasn’t got the credit maybe she deserves. She’s the driving force behind wins without the flash and star power of the winning teams in this league, she’s cooper kupp, everyone loves coop, he’s in all the meeting and putting in the work and without anyone noting him much he’s helping steer the team to victories

Brian, 5th place, 3rd in points scored, 3-4 record. Brian is confident , loud in chat, vocal about why he’s underperforming, and I’m sure he likes his short shorts and trucks with hydraulics, (ifykyk) Brian is Derrick hall, lots of hype and good player but where has he been this year? All that bluster in hard knocks but on game day more often than not, he’s not a difference maker.

Amon Ra  - until someone reminds me who this is or she makes her name visible in yahoo I’m calling her Amon Ra. 6th place, 3-4 record 5th in points scored. Amon Ra has some power, she flashed in big moments, but isn’t really going to make or break the game. Good player, not going to take over the league, Amon Ra is A.J. Barner , you need a third down one yard tush push, he’s your guy, but you need to win a game you look downfield for JSN…

Elisabeth 7th place. 6th in points scored, 3-4 record, Elisabeth will likely get that 6th spot in the playoffs and be one and done. She’s hanging around in the standings but really is a one trick pony and that pony is Jahmyr Gibbs , when Gibbs has a bad game Elisabeth has a bad game. She’s Rasheed shaheed , he’s got speed and when it works it works, but if he’s slowed down by a hamstring or a knee. If he doesn’t have a straight line in front of him, then that’s the ballgame.

Rick - 8th place , 9th in points scored 3-4 record. Rick is somehow in the large group of 3-4 teams meaning he’s one or two weeks from either being back in playoff position or bottom of the league. But what’s funny about Rick’s team right now is the 3 players on IR and the 4 that are questionable with injury. Rick is a lot of potential but always in the blue tent with a medical problem, he’s got hope to take the league by storm but eh just can’t get healthy, Rick is Zach Charbonnet, where you at? Get healthy so we can see what you’ve really got and if you’re a stud or a dud

Joe- 9th place, 8th in points scored, 2-5.. I mean this one’s kinda easy. Joe has had two games and once was the top scorer in the league (the week I played him which is not over yet)! But Joe hasn’t really suited up other than those two good games. Joe is Drew Lock, looked like a stud for two games but isn’t really part of the narrative anymore and wasn’t even active on Sunday… Joe might be trade bait …

James - 10th place, last in points scored , 1-6 record . I’m not sure if James is still active in the league but it definitely seems like he’s out of his element and it might be his first time calling plays, James is Brian fleury , yeah he’s not a player and he’s doing his best but someone needs to step in and say get it together man! Time to make some moves, trade deadline coming kid rookies in the waiver wire, guys going down to injuries who have backups that could see increased snaps.

No one is out of it yet, with a critical mass of players at 3-4 (70% have losing records) and ) playoff spots means a season can still be made , if you out together a little run you could find yourself looking at a title, just like our hawks the next three weeks are critical, either keep improving and dominate the league or tread water in mediocrity and hope for a wild card appearance one your way to a disappointing off season.

That’s all for now, go hawks !
